NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Blue grass music star Morgan Wallen spent Sunday night in prison after he purportedly tossed a seat from the highest point of a Broadway bar.

As per the capture sworn statement, 30-year-old Wallen was on the top of Boss' around 10:45 p.m. on Sunday, when witnesses watched him get a seat, toss it over the rooftop, and giggle about it. The housetop of the bar sits six stories above Broadway.

Two officials with the Metro Nashville Police Division were underneath on Broadway and said the seat landed three feet from them, as indicated by the affirmation. Officials talked with bar staff, and witnesses, and evaluated security film, which all affirmed Wallen's supposed activities, the affirmation states.Wallen was captured and booked soon after 12:30 a.m. He is accused of three counts of crime wild risk and one count of tumultuous direct, which is a wrongdoing. He posted an obligation of $15,250 and was set free from Davidson Province prison around 3:30 a.m.


Wallen's lawyer Worrick Robinson made the accompanying announcement in regards to the nation star's capture:
